Wow, it's already the 8th of Feb! SO the past week has been pretty good overall. I have been making good choices more than bad and even had myself talked into a cheat day and decided it wasn't worth it (didn't last though...I'll explain). I really would rather eat good than not because my goal is more important than anything I could put in my mouth. Okay, I'm gonna do it...quote Kate Moss "Nothing taste as good as skinny feels" so really, this is true and I remind myself of it before I put anything in my mouth I haven't planned for.
I didn't make it to two full weeks with no off day. I actually had about 3 days in a row of "off" days; didn't measure, ate whatever, but I did try not to eat too much of whatever :)
The scale shows the tale I told...168, good cuz it didn't go up but not as good as it could be if I hadn't had 3 days of non-dieting! Oh well, onward I go, moving in the right direction. If I only loose one pound a week until we leave for AZ then I will be 160, I can do 1.5 lbs and be 156 and 2 lbs and be 152 so I'm very motivated :)
