wooo, hoooo!

So the scale has been between 164 and 165, 165 today so that's my official weigh in. I've been really good about my eating and I know tennis is kicking my butt too! For a 160lb woman, tennis burns 215-265 calories/ half hour (doubles vs. singles) I've been playing at least twice a week for 1.5 - 2 hrs so that's really all I've been doing for exercise. I won't make it to practice this week so I need to get on the treadmill to keep my forward progress, I'd love to lose another 3-4lbs this week, I'd almost be under 160 which would be so cool. My diet is so boring but that's just how I have to do it. I know it works so stick to the plan. Plain oatmeal (2/3 cup) and egg substitutes (1/2 cup) for breakfast, lunch is some form of lean protien (chicken breast, salmon patty, etc) and green beans then usually something similar for dinner. I also have a snack usually 1/2 a medium orange and 3 oz of turkey deli meat and 6 peanuts. That's it, day in and day out but once I'm down to goal weight I can start to be a little more forgiving with what I put in my mouth, it's much harder to lose than to maintain.
